Mike Henkin, a salesman at Pacifico Ford, took the time to listen to my worries, answered all of my questions, and seemed to actually care and understand my worries. I purchased the car in November and happy that I did. Mike Henkin is the best. He advised me on what additional insurance was necessary. Any problems I encountered after the purchase, I called Mike and he always took care of it. I admire his honesty and his commitment to his customers.
