We will not be using Palm Cheve in Ocala ever again! We would rather drive out of town to find a reputable dealer! I asked to speak with management and no manager was ever available. Paid hundreds of dollars on a transmission flush only to pull off the lot to a check engine light and transmission slip. No discount on service already rendered which were obviously unneeded ( if the transmission was bad) or that caused this problem to begin with. Truck was returned filthy and a quick service left me without a truck for over week.. Terrible! More

As far as the repairs went, the work is great. I do have to have a loaner car when I get warranty work done. There should be no cost to me..
