The location didn't have the Blazer we wanted, so we did some searching until we found the one we wanted. We asked Eric if it was possible to buy this Blazer here instead of driving to Orlando and he found out that it was. We agreed on a price for my trade-in and the purchase price and we made the deal. Mahurley took things over from there. He took us through all of the particulars and explained everything about the deal and the vehicle. Between Jared in Sales, Mike in Financing & Jason the Manager, we have never had such a positive experience in purchasing a ne we have been married. Jared has been the only sales person whom we have dealt with who has been able to answer every question we had pertaining to the vehicle & was able to give us information about the vehicle as if he actually had built this vehicle. 5 Stars is not enough to put behind Jared's name, he deserves 10 Stars. Mike, in Financing, also deserves 10 Stars for being so kind and making financing a vehicle painless. We always hated this part of purchasing a vehicle, but Mike actually made it enjoyable. The Manager, Jason Samaria was the 1st manager in the 25 previous vehicles we have purchased who did "NOT" pressure us in any way to purchase one of his vehicles. Jason was so kind, we were having second thoughts about purchasing this vehicle because we were unsure as if it would sit low enough to enter our garage, he had Jared drive the vehicle to our home to see if it would actually fit into our garage, & that round trip was over 35 miles. Later, we found out that Jason would have actually allowed us to drive the vehicle home ourselves to try it then bring it back even if we had decided not to purchase the vehicle. I cannot say enough good things about Palm Chevrolet. After having this experience with Palm Chevrolet, if we were younger & another vehicle was in our future, even if we had to drive 100 miles, I would drive it just to ensure that Palm Chevrolet would get my business.
