Service department needs more people oriented for much needed better customer service. It was a horrible experience the moment I walked in the door. I bought my Equinox from the dealership and the way I was treated I really can't say I would buy another vehicle from Palm Chevrolet. What happened to the customer service from the service department? I was first told Bobby Sue Murphy was my advisor (she was not customer service friendly at all) then my vehicle was service was completed nobody let me know, in fact I had to ask and it had been ready for 10-15 minutes. When I asked about my vehicle I was told that Neil would be taking care of me. He never explained anything about my vehicle nothing about the camera shot. YOU REALLY NEED TO PUT CUSTOMER SERVICE BACK IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!! I honestly don't feel comfortable bringing my car back there ,but I will because I have a service plan. After that I will really have to see how I am treated for the rest of my service plan. I was so upset when I left there. When I bought my car the everyone was so nice and friendly. Too bad john left the service department he was pleasant and explained everything to me. Thank you for sending me this survey hopefully it gets read. More
