Fast and professional service for my cars. For an 80 year old "FORD" man who has visited many Ford and Lincoln/Mercury service departments I prefer this one for service on my cars. I visit the Palm Coast area many times in the year to visit family and I prefer to bring my Lincoln and Mercury here to have my work done. The friendliness of the complete service staff front and back end is very hard to find today. The mechanics are very well trained and managed which is the professionalism that the "FORD MOTOR COMPANY" produces and demands. The service manager is exceptionally helpful on getting the very unusual problems determined and repaired. Once I had a window that was not working, would not go down, Mr. L'Heureux listened to the motor run determined the problem and without any tools fixed it in a minute. Then he told me to operate the electric windows at least once a month to keep them freed up, GREAT SERVICE all the time. More

Unexceptable Service After the Sale I recently returned from overseas duty, and was in the market for a specific truck, Palm Coast Ford had one, of which I purchased at the tune of almos I recently returned from overseas duty, and was in the market for a specific truck, Palm Coast Ford had one, of which I purchased at the tune of almost $36000. After just over 2 months, and right at 1000 miles later, I had 5 major issues with it. I contacted the dealer and was told to bring it in. When I brought it there, ( an hour and a half away), I was told None of the repairs or parts are covered under warranty, costing/quoted, almost $3000. I was then told there was only a 2 month 2000 mile warranty. I was never told that, I asked for that in writing which they did Not produce. My next letter is going to Ford Motor Company. I would not recommend this Dealer for any purchase, to the community, or to Any Armed Forces personnel, Active or Retired. They don't even rate 1 star. More

Can't even get apt scheduled. Called on 1-18 to make apt, told I'd receive call back to schedule. After no return call, I called again 1-19. Told same thing, and no return call. intensionally poor service arrived at 7am for a 7am oil change appt. My car sat out front for an hour after service was done. I had to complain to parts department personal to find my paper work which was delivered to cash out who I had inquired earlier if they had it. Spent 3 hrs for an oil change. Talked to dealer manager who informed my he had top notch service techs. by the way, I was improperly billed. Don't know if I'll go back. More

I bought the extended warranty it's still under manufacturer's warranty. They never call me back to let me know what's going on with my car I have to call them and go through their horrible phone system that continually disconnects me or routes me to voicemail. Now I'm being told that the mechanic cannot replicate the issue. Air conditioning does not fix itself and I'm beginning to think this dealership doesn't like to honor its warranties and likes to sell used lemons More

Kevin Tone in the service department has been exceptional from the first day that we started dealing with Palm Coast Ford. My wife and I purchased a 2012 Ford Focus from a dealer in Orlando where I work and have had nothing but problems with that car from day one. Kevin has gone above and beyond the call of duty even going as far as giving me his cell phone number which he did not have to do. When we finally got to the breaking point with the car I went in see what my options were and I was not happy. Kevin introduced me to one of the sales reps, Barry Clark who made the whole process of getting us into something better as seamless and painless as possible. When Life throws you a major curveball and you're forced to have to buy a car when that was not in the plan or the budget it's typically not a good experience. Barry knew what our situation was and did everything he could to help us resolve our problem. I am in sales myself and I didn't feel at all like I got "sold" or taken advantage of in anyway because we were in a tough situation or just so he could sell a car. I highly recommend the team at Palm Coast for but especially Kevin Tone and Barry Clark.
