Palm Coast Ford - Service Center

I have taken my truck two times with the same problem. I have addressed the issue to the service advisor over and over. I have told them what exactly the truck is doing and what needs to be replaced. They never do what’s needed on my truck and because of all this it has caused me and my employer thousands of dollars between hotels, and tow trucks. I just picked up my truck from you guys for the second time last week and was told everything was good and the truck was running like new. Well that was not the case, once again I broke down and had another tow truck pick me up. This is completed unacceptable. It’s so disappointing tho know that mechanic this days don’t take the time to do what’s right. More
