I took my truck there to have it serviced. It was there for five days and they only cleared the check engine light and did not complete any service. When I asked why, Jason explained to me new It was there for five days and they only cleared the check engine light and did not complete any service. When I asked why, Jason explained to me new trucks are junk that is why he drives a 2013 pick up truck with over 200,000 miles on it he told me. I took it to Ray Chevrolet and they fixed it instantly, telling me it was a wiring harness. That is a very common problem. I was considering purchasing a new truck from Hallman, but I will no longer consider that, I will go back to Ray Chevrolet for the next purchase as well. More

Poor communication. Techs can't even do a simple oil change without forgetting to put your oil cap on. Will lie and try to upsell unnecessary service work.
