Tim and the service guys were absolutely excellent with my 2018 Tahoe when it broke down unexpectedly. More importantly, they listen to me as I explained other problems that I was having when my dealership my 2018 Tahoe when it broke down unexpectedly. More importantly, they listen to me as I explained other problems that I was having when my dealership back in Ohio would not listen. They were able to diagnose the problems and did an excellent job of helping me with my warranty company so that the majority of my bill was paid. They really went out of their way and even stayed late to help get all of the problems diagnosed and me back on the road QUICKLY. They are outstanding, and since I have family in the area, I will be returning to them for future issues instead of my Chevy dealership in Ohio. More

My wife and I went to look at a New Pre-owned GMC Terrain. We were both treated with respect for our time. Both Vince and Dan are professionals and understand the customer needs. I was set to go in and make a deal with Suzanne, if not, she said to go to her boss Jason. Well, I wasn't allowed to speak with either of them. I was sent to someone who had no clue what I was talking abo she said to go to her boss Jason. Well, I wasn't allowed to speak with either of them. I was sent to someone who had no clue what I was talking about. We had to refill out the credit information that had been done the day before. Then the salesman came back with a interest of 7.97%, I'm sorry, not on an 800 credit score, not when GMC is offering 1.9% for 36 months, and 3.9 for 60. When I mentioned that, he got all belligerent and wanted to know how I knew about that. Duh, the website, then he came back and said that we qualified for that, but the car price suddenly jumped almost 5 grand from the day before. Nope, so out of there. Keep your car. More

Disappointed they wrote up my agreement using GM points and then when we came in to finalize the deal they said they couldn’t be used. I had already secured a loan from my credit union so as you can imagi and then when we came in to finalize the deal they said they couldn’t be used. I had already secured a loan from my credit union so as you can imagine how being $4000. short on the day we were to be driving home our new car, well, put yourself in that situation, I am being nice say disappointed 😞 Our salesman, Terry Barnes was excellent but I was not impressed with the upper management and the financial advisor. For that reason I am not sure I would recommend you. More
