My appointment was at 2o’clock. I showed up a half an hour early and there were no cars in the day when I pulled in. It took them an hour and 15 minutes to accomplish what should’ve been accomplished in hour early and there were no cars in the day when I pulled in. Jeff Nagy was the most helpful, supportive and kind service writer we could have asked for. He ensured we would have our issue rectified before we got our car back. A loaner was given that met our ne service writer we could have asked for. He ensured we would have our issue rectified before we got our car back. A loaner was given that met our needs since our car was in repair for over a week. The mechanic was very thorough in his report of the issue at hand and how it was handled. Never have I had warranty work performed this way before. Wish I could have made a deal work to buy our car here. Hats off to Palmen for taking us under their wing even though the sticker on the back of the car is from another dealer. More
