GOOD JOB Had an issue with my outside temperature sensor and it was replaced. Very happy about that. Never understood the first time it was denied to me. If it wasn't working properly what difference did it make if it was on recall or not........anyway all good now thanks to Jason. We bought a nice car, but nothing stood out to make this a great purchase. We could have probably bought a very similar car with a similar price somewhere else too. We just happened to stop at that dealer a great purchase. We could have probably bought a very similar car with a similar price somewhere else too. We just happened to stop at that dealership to test drive that particular vehicle model and purchased the car. Honestly other dealerships, closer to our home even have similar cars at similar prices. Yes we bought the car there, but everyone seemed so rushed to make the transaction happen that nothing was explained. Not the car features, not the terms of the financing, nothing. We were just asked approximately how much do you want your monthly payments to be? It was a busy Saturday and we had to wait around for financing a long time, so there was plenty of missed opportunities to talk to us more about the car we bought. Then we got contacted at least 3 different times after we purchased the vehicle, to sign and send back paperwork that was missed. I have emailed multiple times asking questions. And we are still missing the carfax history report on the vehicle. So like I said all in all we got a nice vehicle but I wouldn't purchase another vehicle at the dealership there was no service there. More
