have not heard back from dealer after leaving messages I am upset that I have not heard back from the dealer, after advising them that I had not received the owners manual on how to work the radio and elec I am upset that I have not heard back from the dealer, after advising them that I had not received the owners manual on how to work the radio and electronics on the car. I could not operate the C.D. player and called general motors after not hearing back from the dealer when I called and asked for Mr. Cruz, Cadillac advised that there was a Manuel that told how to operate these items that I should have received when I purchased the car . I called and asked to be called back or sent the Manuel. but I have heard nothing. More

Got an excellent price on the vehicle I purchased and they were very generous with a trade in price as well. Entire transaction took about 30 minutes, I couldn't be happier. The used vehicles on their lot are spotless inside and out, all look to be in excellent condition , salespeople were all very accommodating and friendly. This is how a car buying experience should be: professional, friendly, efficient salespeople and a personable sales manager whose main concern was customer satisfaction. 10 out of 10, would highly recommend.
