The experience was ok Once I agreed to purchase a vehicle, I set a date and time to do the paperwork and drive the car home. When I showed up I waited over an hour just to start the process. Then I was told when we were done, sorry we only have one set of keys and can’t find the other pair. They said the would show up within a week. Well, a week later and still no keys. I am now waiting for a response from the key service next week. The whole process was a comedy of errors. Wrong paperwork, sorry let me tear that up and reprint and resign. Very frustrating process, just not buttoned up. More

Replacement of Faulty Purge Valve I drove about 50 miles to the dealer for them to tell me that they have no parts due to the GM strike. I told them on the phone when I made the appointment why I was going there. You think that they would have informed me then that they couldn’t replace any parts due to the strike. Bad “public relations”, and ?? that I would recommend anyone to get their car serviced there!! More
