Bad customer service I scheduled an appointment for 10:30 am one week in advance. My car was not looked at for more than 24 hours later. My appointment stated the problem. The whole situation could have been handled better if appointments/staffing was considered. When I asked Jeff Nagy what was the point of making an appointment his response was ‘ I’m not going to go around in circles with you’ I called at 2:00 pm day 2 and was told initially my car wasn’t looked at yet, but then told ‘wait they are taking it now’... my next communication was at 4:00pm that it was done. This means full days without my car and it took 2 hours. Basically the same time as an oil change. Very frustrating. Not a good experience. More

Great service I’ve always found the service to be very good at Palmen. It’s too early for me to vouch for the quality of the service work performed on this particu I’ve always found the service to be very good at Palmen. It’s too early for me to vouch for the quality of the service work performed on this particular visit, although I am disappointed that my vehicle has needed the suspension replaced on three of the four wheels at less than 67,000 miles. Going forward, this vehicle will need to be near maintenance free (excluding routine maintenance) for me to consider buying another Cadillac. More
