Left me wondering My wife brought her Buick Lacrosse (which we purchased from Palmen) because the system that connects to your phone has NEVER worked. They charged her My wife brought her Buick Lacrosse (which we purchased from Palmen) because the system that connects to your phone has NEVER worked. They charged her $139 to put on the analyzer, only to tell her it would cost another $185 to replace the "bluetooth antenna", and possibly another $595 to replace the VCIM (Vehicle Communications Interface Module). Additionally, her trunk will not stay closed (technician states it's a known problem). States it would be another $147 to replace corroded switch. These are known Buick defects. Why are customers being made to pay to correct these types of issues? More
