I wouldn't go anywhere else for a new vehicle. I've been purchasing new vehicles starting with my 2005 GMC Sierrah 1/2 ton pickup in 2005, from this location back when it was Lemay. And now with 4 I've been purchasing new vehicles starting with my 2005 GMC Sierrah 1/2 ton pickup in 2005, from this location back when it was Lemay. And now with 4 Cadillacs under our belt sold to us by Shawn Hass who in my opinion is one the best sales consultants at Palmen, When we needed service, there's no better service department then what you will find at Palmen, and it's always a pleasure having Jason Garon as my Service Consultant. We put down money to hold vehicle with intent to buy- then were told we had to sign purchase agreement without seeing vehicle, were assured by Jeremy that everything was good. Now less than week later, discovered another issue that we're going to have to deal with, making us question if vehicles are even inspected before going to sales lot. It's not even 2 years old. More
