Came in after going to the dealership I got my car from and they wanted to charge me so much when my car was under warranty! Time and Palmen went out of their way to help us fix a difficult problem on our Escalade and went so far as to overnight necessary parts from another dealer to get it back up and running before a previous difficult problem on our Escalade and went so far as to overnight necessary parts from another dealer to get it back up and running before a previously planned road trip.
