Caring and helpful I had an issue with my car made the appointment for Wednesday it then happened Tuesday morning I drove it over to show them they took it a day earlier and fixed it on the spot. The girls at the front desk were on their phones, eating, talking, did not help or even acknowledge. We stood around waiting for a salesman. Got one, he then pushed us onto Alex. Alex was new, first day, no talking, did not help or even acknowledge. We stood around waiting for a salesman. Got one, he then pushed us onto Alex. Alex was new, first day, no one helped him. Finance guy was busy, guy who took his place simply put papers in front of us to sign. No one talked to us about a warranty even after we asked. Things promised never materialized...ie. 2nd key made at dealer cost. All in all, I was not impressed with experience. I bought a car 2 years prior, and the experiences were night and day. More
