I was told my break pads were shot, which I knew they were not. Then 1/2 hour later, I was called and told the key to my Lugnuts was broken. Then I was told I needed to pay to have them stripped oft and were not. Then 1/2 hour later, I was called and told the key to my Lugnuts was broken. The biggest problem I have is that, how would you know I needed new brake pads before you took the tires off then why should I pay for something you broke? I am done with you. You lost the most important thing and that is my trust. Before this, I always thought I could trust Palmen. I no longer think that also, you never pushed unnecessary services on me now I feel you’re doing that all the time. I do not believe that this is my service writer. I think this is coming from the top. It’s a bad way to do business, and I will be going to a private mechanic from now on. More
