I had the car in for oil change yesterday and they did everything including a pretty trip check. So today I get in the car and the dash lights up like a christmas tree! I rushed over and had a xxx mom everything including a pretty trip check. So today I get in the car and the dash lights up like a christmas tree! I rushed over and had a xxx moment with them over the fact that I was just here yesterday and they checked it out, reassured me they would take care of it in one hour...and they did! Again, under warranty so everything appears to be working out for the reasons I am a palm jeep customer...a great vehicle, reliable service, and great customer support. Matt was very accommodating. Even though my new/used car was damaged during the break in, he arranged for me to have a loaner car, which was beautiful, it’s a shame that he had to go through that and stress was damaged during the break in, he arranged for me to have a loaner car, which was beautiful, it’s a shame that he had to go through that and stress over the reaction of his customers. If anyone deserves a vacation I would say Matt does, to help with the stress he went through over the vandalism from the break in. Shawn did an awesome job as well replacing the cracked taillight.
