Best service experience I have ever had at a dealership. Hiram was my service advisor and made me feel so welcome once I arrived. I decided to leave for breakfast and Palmer provided me an Uber to and from Hiram was my service advisor and made me feel so welcome once I arrived. I decided to leave for breakfast and Palmer provided me an Uber to and from J Christophers. In about an hour my car was ready for pick up. I have owned a lot of vehicles -- including luxury ones -- and Palmer is by far the best dealership I have ever worked with. It feels and operates like a small service shop even though they handle hundreds of cars daily. The reason I found Palmer is how I was treated at other dealerships in Atlanta. Great service, reasonable prices.. highly recommend this dealership! More

This is purely for the service center. Everyone was nice enough. Communications is poor at best. No one answers phones. They text you instead. Super unprofessional to text me updates.
