Empty promises after a $78k truck purchased. Vice President and GM do not have the COMMON COURTESY to return numerous email and phone calls regarding my concern. Before the sale they will treat you like royalty. But after the sale absolute horrendous experience. They will shut you OUT. Palmer will forever lost my future sales, my referrals, my truck service sales and many more. To the future truck buyers reading this, BEWARE. Put everything in writing. They claimed they will take care of you, but once you drive out the parking lot with you brand new purchase, you are on your own. More
