This dealer is a mess. Scheduled an appt 2 weeks ahead because they had no earlier available and the parts for my TSB/recall. Showed up for my appt and they advised they had nothing in the system for my a because they had no earlier available and the parts for my TSB/recall. Showed up for my appt and they advised they had nothing in the system for my appt. Then they said they would need to keep my car for a maximum of 2 days as they couldn't get it done in 2 hours which was previously promised. They give me a loaner car from a car rental place further then my house. Had to wait 25 mins at the car rental place for them to clean the car. At 2 days, no email/call about when the car would be ready, in the end it took them 3 days for a simple recall and that's with pressuring them to push the car to be fixed before my vacation. More

Did not clean the inside of the truck at all, they actually took some of my stuff and scattered it in the truck and left the seats down.
