Called in, booked an appt. with Kim. When I booked an appt, I was assured it would be out the same day and not 2-3 days, due to past experiences we have had to wait over 5 days to get our vehicle back, t appt, I was assured it would be out the same day and not 2-3 days, due to past experiences we have had to wait over 5 days to get our vehicle back, that's why I specifically asked and was assured it would not be kept longer than expected. So, due to my schedule, I dropped the vehicle off on Wed. 1 day prior to my appt. which was on Thurs. I then didn't get a call Thur. or Friday. So, I reached out Friday afternoon around 4 pm to check on the status and was informed they haven't looked at my vehicle yet and won't be able to until Mon. Horribly SLOW service!!! I will never be bringing any of my 3 jeeps back here ever again! More

The staff was friendly and helpful. Kimberly was my service advisor and did a good job. The only reason for the 4 and not 5 star was the service took longer than I expected. I was told 2 days but wasn' service advisor and did a good job. The only reason for the 4 and not 5 star was the service took longer than I expected. I was told 2 days but wasn't ready until morning of the day 3. It wasn't a big deal but I wish someone would have reached out to me just to let me know on day 2. All and all a good experience and would return. More
