I appreciated the service in getting my Jeep Cherokee repaired. The process was quick and easy. I had a problem with my paperwork, getting charged twice for the same item. The situation was resolved, but it seemed to take a lifetime to get resolved, with multiple visits and phone calls between the service and parts department. That probably took about half an hour. However, it did get resolved, and everyone involved was friendly and committed to getting it right. That’s why I’m still giving everyone high marks. More
