what a fantastic buying experience. Worst experience in my life. 3 hours and 15 minutes for an oil change when I was told the day before that if I got there before 7:30 AM they would have me in and out in 45 minutes. No one even apolog for an oil change when I was told the day before that if I got there before 7:30 AM they would have me in and out in 45 minutes. No one even apologized for the wait.
