Overall was not worth the time to drop off and now my passenger mirror will not stay in position . It was parked tight and someone must have knocked into it or whatever. I am a Diesel Engineer and former Ford dealer service Manager and cant duplicate much of any experience I would have given to my customers. Top it off I Tried to purchase a new ram 1500 in sept from your dealer and I had the run around on crysler rebate offers. Went elsewhere and was taken care of in the tune of $11k less in price. This was 2nd experience with your dealer that was squirrely. I am easy to work with and easy to please. wish it would have worked out.. Thanks Anyway.. More
