When I expressed shock at the difference in cost he said the service rep who quoted you those is probably why she got fired these costs are published...where are they published why was I not educated on the cost difference beforehand.As if that wasn’t bad enough.... I have a leak on my garage floor since after the service day and I texted Thomas about it with no response! More

I was happy with the service and the guys were all very friendly. My only criticism was the time it took for an oil change, new tires, and a software update.
