I'm ok with the service 100K service that was performed, even though I had questions. My two issues are: 1) I used to get a sheet from the 23-point inspection that let me know how much the tread on my t even though I had questions. My two issues are: 1) I used to get a sheet from the 23-point inspection that let me know how much the tread on my tires was down to, how many millimeters were left on my brake pads, etc. That was useful information to help me keep up with upcoming maintenance. 2) The cost of labor was astronomical. I don't think your labor costs are competitive with other auto shops. I won't be coming back, most likely. More
