Recently purchased my 5th Jeep from Palmer. Not sure why I bother even talking to others. With the use of the TrueCar app, you get harrassed by all of the others in the area. Service department is a 5+ but the waiting area for service customers needs some attention- also, the fact that customers are allowed in the waiting room or showroom without masks on is upsetting. All people I interacted with in service were wearing masks - at least 70% of the sales department walking the show room floor were not as well as a few customers. That in my opinion is themsaying they don’t care about my safety. Thomas and Luis in service are 5 star winners - Sales falls far below. More

We always dive up from Gulf Shores, Alabama to get our vehicle From Palmer. They always have the biggest selection of vehicles to chose from, so if you are ready to buy this is the place to be. They are quick to evaluate how much my vehicles is worth, but also bringing me the best deal possible the first time.. one of my daughters bought her car here also and always comes back to the service department because the work gets done quickly and correct. In the future we will continue to drive 5 1/2 hours out of our to come back for our vehicles. More
I initially was working with Will Blythe, who was polite and communicated well. The sale continued into the next day and Will was not working so I worked with Tony White. What a sleez ball. He would tell me one thing and then 15 minutes later say they couldn't do it. This happened 4 or 5 times. I was having the new vehicle delivered and at first the delivery fee was waived, then it wasn't, then the vehicle was going to be delivered on Friday (this was on Wednesday), then called back and said the vehicle wouldn't be picked up until the following Monday. Every time he called, he would say great news (yeah right). Wecan't do what I said we could do, but we can do this... and what ever "this" was was always way less than what was originally promised. I felt like I was a dog on a chain and was continually getting jerked this way and that. After settling on a price. Tony told me the finance department would call me in a few minutes. 3 or 4 hours go by and I had to call back. After signing the paperwork on a Friday, I hear nothing until Monday afternoon. I received an email or text (can't remember) if I had transferred the down payment... I hadn't heard a thing from them almost 3 days. I was never told where or how to make the down payment... and at this point the vehicle was already in transit. Either everyone there is incompetent or they don't communicate between departments. I would work with Will Blythe again, he seemed the most responsible person there. More
