Express service for oil change and tire rotation on my Jeep Wrangler was done quickly. My only reason for not rating this a 5 is because Palmer does not publish their general service prices. General rate increases should be published from time to time. In addition, like every other dealership, they are trained to recommend additional services that may not need to be done. More
