I drove from Dunwoody for this appointment even though there's a Jeep dealer practically in my backyard. That dealer wanted me to believe that even if I made an appointment, I would have to leave my car b there's a Jeep dealer practically in my backyard. That dealer wanted me to believe that even if I made an appointment, I would have to leave my car because appointments are apparently not a guarantee for work. In fact, although they never asked what the repair was (something with Unconnect), I would probably need to leave my car for at least one, if not more days, because of the huge backlog they had. ("We've had cars here for weeks that we still haven't gotten to.") Luis at Palmer fixed the broken "phone" service in my Uconnect system by a simple reprogramming. I could have been in and out in an hour but decided to do some 60k mile work a little early and do it at Palmer so they got the profit, after helping me. Treat me right, I will treat you right. And that's exactly what happened. From now on, despite the distance, my Cherokee will have all of its dealer service done at Palmer. Thank you Luis! More
