The service department was quick and efficient for the reason I brought it in (routine service). That said, I purchased our Jeep here at Palmer a few years back and have had a rattle in the liftgate area reason I brought it in (routine service). I went home and found some cushioned tape ... from a customer service standpoint, that solution would have been an easy fix for the service department but I had to go home and figure it out. More

new tires Came to Palmer Dodge because I was told I needed 4 new shocks and 4 new tires by Dekalb Tire on my 2017 Jeep Rubicon, with only $23k miles on the vehi Came to Palmer Dodge because I was told I needed 4 new shocks and 4 new tires by Dekalb Tire on my 2017 Jeep Rubicon, with only $23k miles on the vehicle I wanted Jeep to confirm what I needed. I dealt with Roberto Del Campo upon arrival and he pretty quickly told me I needed 4 new tires, next step was confirming the shocks. Had to leave the Jeep so they could diagnose. After leaving service I walked the lot with my soon to be 16 year old and called Jody Cruce who I had some dealings with about a potential Jeep. I let him know what I was dealing with at Service, so he told me he would connect with Roberto to make sure they treated me right. When Roberto called me to give me the diagnosis, he did confirm the conversation with Jody and also the fact I did not need new shocks. That trust is essential with vehicle Service, Dekalb Tires just lost a customer that was servicing 3 of my vehicles. Thank you to Roberto and Jody. More
