I dealt with Roberto Del Campo upon arrival and he pretty quickly told me I needed 4 new tires, next step was confirming the shocks. Had to leave the Jeep so they could diagnose. After leaving service I walked the lot with my soon to be 16 year old and called Jody Cruce who I had some dealings with about a potential Jeep. I let him know what I was dealing with at Service, so he told me he would connect with Roberto to make sure they treated me right. When Roberto called me to give me the diagnosis, he did confirm the conversation with Jody and also the fact I did not need new shocks. That trust is essential with vehicle Service, Dekalb Tires just lost a customer that was servicing 3 of my vehicles. Thank you to Roberto and Jody. More

From initial contact at 12pm to personal delivery at 11am the next morning 5 hours away, nothing but a great experience. So my only complaint was that we agreed on a price over the phone that included the Doc fee of $899. When they sent me the paperwork that fee wasn’t included.
