I got the vehicle I wanted, the deal I wanted, without the ridiculous price mark-ups for worthless or undesirable dealer-added features, or annoying sales tactics that I encountered elsewhere. I'd like to get this review out there because I think all dealers should take Palmer Dodge as an example that if you're a straight shooter and are not trying to confuse, annoy, or outright shaft the customer, you'll sell more cars and make far more money than you will off the occasional sucker. This is my first purchase from Palmer Dodge, but I also used them for service of a Dodge Truck and a Jeep Grand Cherokee from 2005-2017, and I found them very good to work with. More
