As a ten year veteran of car sales for a different brand, I really despised the practices and overall experience. I purchased a three year old CPO truck with only 18k miles. Though a CPO vehicle, there was only one key provided (replacement was $280 for me out of pocket), the wiper blades were actually falling apart, no owners manual and numerous scratches in the exterior that I also paid to have buffed out at a cost of $150. Not my idea of a CPO and if that is acceptable to Stelantis, then this will be my last CPO from them. The only exception and pleasant experience, was the F&I gentleman, who handled the process very well. Lastly, I had left my trailer hitch and radar detector mount in by accident and had to come back with key to get hitch unlocked and off. Was told by sales person and sales manager that would not be a problem and they would keep trade around for few days. I came back following evening and my trade was gone! If you do any business with this dealership, make sure you get any of their “promises” in writing! Overall grade is a D at best! More

So disappointed. Brought my Gladiator in for a problem a couple of months ago and paid a lot of money to get the job done right (or so I thought). I was told it was a fuse. The fuse kept blowing, so I brought it back. I was told there is another problem with the same set of wires, it'll be another $800. I pitched a fit, and to his credit my service manager stepped into to make it right. They said they fixed it. I drove it for a day, the problem is back. I will not be going back. I will pay someone else to truly fix my problem. I'm out over $1000, but at least I won't be frustrated any more. I wish I could give Hiram 5 stars, but he doesn't show up in the dropdown. More
