Once we went inside to talk over things, his manager/trainer Roger assisted us thru the process. When it came to meet with finance after agreeing on a bottom line we met with Eric Palmer, who was great and took his time to go thru everything and explain it in great detail for us to understand. He was not overbearing on selling us anything extra which is unheard of these days as usually they try hard to sell products. More
