Best buying experience ever !!! My husband and I are not usually "Ford people". But we fell in love with the 2015 50 yr edition Ford Mustang. So far the best vehicle I have owned. From the time we got to Palmetto Ford everyone was really helpful. We went here because we felt like we were getting the runaround from another Dealership in Mount Pleasant. We were upfront about everything when we got there. And we got the same from them. Dontrell was amazing. We told him where we needed our payments to be and he made sure to pass that info along. And they did it. After 4 days of back and forth with the other Dealership it was great to work with you all. Within 2 hours of getting to Palmetto ford, I was driving home in my brand new Mustang !!! No "Customer Satisfaction" Here! Having been told to drive 210 miles to trade for another Nissan Rogue about 2 weeks ago, Tom Slawson said I needn't have been told to drive all that d Having been told to drive 210 miles to trade for another Nissan Rogue about 2 weeks ago, Tom Slawson said I needn't have been told to drive all that distance , that he could have handled my trade. He seemed so sincere! After several hours, Tom promised me he's call the next day. He didn't! Then Lane called and said he'd handle things and would also call the next day,. He didn't! I have never been treated this way. Both men promised they would help me, and neither bothered. Customer satisfaction? They can't even spell it!!! I am disgusted with Palmetto Ford!!! P. S. I can't remember the person I first spoke to who urged me to drive the 420 miles (both ways) to and from Greenville. Please inform Manly Eubank that he has sub-standard, lying employees. Carolyn C.
