I have had six vehicles through this dealership since 2005. Paragon Acura always look to help and make the process easy. These gentlemen were professional and Ali ( the finance gentleman) got me to the finish line. The ONLY issue I have with this process - and I have been through it many time, the process, approval , and exit needs to be made shorter. I realize these gentlemen are doing everything they can, but I had paperwork, worked on before I arrived, and it still was a lengthy process. Nevertheless, Adnan and Charles are true professionals - they worked together as a team, and everyone should get their vehicles from Paragon. The new offices made it easier to provide better attention to individuals, and I will continue to get my leases from Paragon Acura. More
