I have been a Paragon Honda customer since 2021, and yesterday was an especially incredible experience. After working with another Honda dealer in December and being practically coerced into leasing a 2 yesterday was an especially incredible experience. After working with another Honda dealer in December and being practically coerced into leasing a 2024 EV with promises that I quickly realized were false within the first week of driving the vehicle, I had been trying to communicate with them and find solutions for the numerous issues with the Prologue. However, they left me stranded, so I decided to reach out to Paragon to see if they could help me. Not only did they assist me, but they also solved my problem with courtesy and respect for my history with them. Their professionalism and transparency stood out.
