Ok where do I begin? So this is my first time purchasing a car, yes my very first car & Ivan and Vanessa Johnson made the process completely painless although I was very indecisive, Ivan was extremely patie a car, yes my very first car & Ivan and Vanessa Johnson made the process completely painless although I was very indecisive, Ivan was extremely patient with me! He helped me to get a price that was within my budget with the peace of mind of owning a new car! I went to 4 dealerships and and no one was able to get me what I needed. Walking in to Paragon Honda, my dad and I were immediately welcomed by everyone there and then we were helped by Faiz Patel. I was getting my first car so the process seemed a bit confusing to me. immediately welcomed by everyone there and then we were helped by Faiz Patel. I was getting my first car so the process seemed a bit confusing to me. Originally, we came in to buy a used car, however Faiz showed us the benefits of leasing a new 2020 car and thoroughly explained the procedure. He effectively answered any question we had without hesitation and cleared any doubts we had. My dad was very hesitant to go through with everything but after speaking to Faiz and his manager we were able to get a great deal through this dealership compared to the others we went to before. Faiz was very polite and worked in a professional manner yet still made us feel comfortable. I’m glad I was able work with the people at Paragon Honda for a wonderful experience. More
