We actually were able to negotiate and comple John Santiago helped me from start to finish of the process. He was a professional from start to finish. We actually were able to negotiate and complete our deal all through text. He was honest with the numbers and about what he was able to do for us and what he could not. He was able to match and beat the best offer I had before. We bought a crv ex awd blue. So far very happy with the car and the service. Only issue was the ac went out at the building where we had to do the paper work on a 200 degree day. Everyone was polite and tried to make sure we were as comfortable as possible.
