From the time I walk through the door she greeted me professionally and assist me right away with a warm heart. She was very truthful to me. I had a bad experience the day before at another dealership and she totally made me forgot about it with with her excellent customer service skills and genuine heart. She explained everything to me in detail. They should have her train other people at other dealerships. I felt at home dealing with her. I like when people are straight forward and not fake. I would recommend her a 100% to any one. This review is a 100% genuine. I'm a person who like to read reviews before I purchase something. I was looking for a purchase on the same day so I wasn't going to waste anytime and he understood that time was important and respected my decision and we got a deal started right away. After two rounds of negotiation, the manager approved the deal and I made the purchase. He was very helpful to guide me through everything step of purchasing a car.
