We actually were able to negotiate and comple John Santiago helped me from start to finish of the process. He was a professional from start to finish. We actually were able to negotiate and complete our deal all through text. He was honest with the numbers and about what he was able to do for us and what he could not. He was able to match and beat the best offer I had before. We bought a crv ex awd blue. So far very happy with the car and the service. Only issue was the ac went out at the building where we had to do the paper work on a 200 degree day. Everyone was polite and tried to make sure we were as comfortable as possible. Not an honest service center Customer service is at a minimum here. Does not work well with insurance companies. We needed a new airbag because of theft. Our insurance company ask Customer service is at a minimum here. Does not work well with insurance companies. We needed a new airbag because of theft. Our insurance company asked them to replace the steering wheel as well because of damage. When checking out we noticed that steering wheel still had damage and was not replaced but was on invoice as replaced and with labor cost. They also tried to add multiple supplements that the insurance did not approve. I'm going to another Honda dealership I trust out of town to check the work. I'm going to investigate the parts that were replaced to make sure they are legit. I would stay away if possible. More

Believer Again After a terrible experience at my local Honda dealership in 2015, I vowed never to give Honda a dime of my hard earned income. Fast forward to 2019, I After a terrible experience at my local Honda dealership in 2015, I vowed never to give Honda a dime of my hard earned income. Fast forward to 2019, I see ads for their revamped Passport. Late one night I fill out a general inquiry online on the Passport. The next morning I get a phone call from Paragon to stop by after work for a test drive. As soon as I walked through the door the feel was nothing compared to 2015. Josiah was personable and professional from the time he introduced himself to the time of this review. He was very fluent on all aspects of the Passport, but he also allowed me to search elsewhere. After 3 days of calls, texts and making sure I was comfortable, Josiah knew I would be walking out with the vehicle I intended to. He was there from start to finish, and even weeks after my purchase Josiah checks in to see how my family and I enjoy the Passport. The entire staff was on point as well, Quedwin made sure we got the best deal possible. And even when we hit a rough patch with the final financial aspect, Josiah and team were there to get me where I needed to be. Thank you, thank you.
