I was told over the phone it will only take 1 hour but it was like 6 hours that I was there. Who ever told scheduled me for that day should get proper training. Overall Charles was very nice making my dad an was like 6 hours that I was there. Who ever told scheduled me for that day should get proper training. Went shopping for my first car and was really lucky to have been paired with Santiago. He was knowledgeable and very patient with all my questions/concerns, also with the process of me finally choosing a have been paired with Santiago. He was knowledgeable and very patient with all my questions/concerns, also with the process of me finally choosing a car. We came across a few hiccups (none their fault) and Santiago found solutions for all of them, even got my mom a better quote for her insurance. The process took a few days and he communicated frequently and thoroughly throughout. Everyone that helped out with the process was great. First car purchase and Santiago made it real easy.
