I saw a used vehicle that I had been looking for awhile. This charger is popular and I knew it won’t last. Problem was…I live about a two hour drive away from the dealership! I was put in contact with Karrie and told her my concerns. She immediately found the car which was being prepped and FaceTime’d me that same evening to show me both the exterior and interior of the car. I am very impressed with Karrie’s commitment to go the extra mile for her customers! Due to her extra effort, I determined that the trip was worth coming to the dealer and was not disappointed. I went home within a few hours with my “prized” vehicle. Totally detailed by the staff at Paramount. I can’t thank Kerri and the staff at Paramount KIA for a great buying experience.
