Talked to a salesman on Saturday morning. Told him which car i wanted to see and that I would be over there (I'm from Greeneville, TN) about 1:00. Showed up at the dealership and they couldn Told him which car i wanted to see and that I would be over there (I'm from Greeneville, TN) about 1:00. Showed up at the dealership and they couldn't find Max i believe was his name, the salesman I'd talked to earlier. And he had the keys to the car. So I was passed off to another salesman, which was fine. Because I liked the new salesman. Then they couldn't find the car. So bottom line is that a process that should have taken 1 1/2 to 2 hours took 4. Otherwise the experience was 9k. The business manager was efficient and fast. Oh yeah that was another hold up. Had to wait 30 minutes or more to see a business manager. More

Best dealership of any manufacturer I've experienced in years. Everyone in sales, service, finance - pretty much the entire dealership - is excellent & very helpful & thorough. And Jatin Patel, who has sol years. Everyone in sales, service, finance - pretty much the entire dealership - is excellent & very helpful & thorough. And Jatin Patel, who has sold us 2 cars jin the last 2 years, is very, very good,& has become a good friend as well. And Autumn Lance, our service advisor for several years, is phenomenal & a very good friend as well. And Jordan Ogle (Finance Manager), Aaron (Sales Manager, and pretty much every one in service, sales, cashier's - all departments - are great & always very helpful, going out of their way to assist us. Just truly a great dealership & a pleasure to do business with. Jatin was especially helpful & patient with this last purchase on August 20, 2026.
