My wife and I leased a 2023 Sportage from Paramount Kia in Asheville. Our sales person was Alexa and she was assisted by Shauna and Jordan. We both thought that in our 62 years of purchasing/leasing vehi in Asheville. Our sales person was Alexa and she was assisted by Shauna and Jordan. We both thought that in our 62 years of purchasing/leasing vehicles we had never been more satisfied with the entire process at Paramount. The group was both professional and personable. We never felt pressured and were completely satisfied with the entire process. The patience of everyone we dealt with was incredible since we are not familiar with many of the systems. They freely and patiently explained details until we were satisfied. What a great experience. More
