Andrew was patient! I first met Andrew across the phone with a technical question and right away he was pleasant and eager to help. After talking with him I drove out to Paramont Kia (20 mile drive) and I think what I liked best about him was that he understood what I was looking for, offered suggestions and knew how important my time was. I ran across some issues but Andrew was determined to get me driving and that he did. He offered me food (I'm a diabetic) and water and diligently worked with his boss to get me into a car that I am enjoying! Hats off to Paramont Kia and Andrew! I will definitely refer to others! We did end up purchasing the vehicle and are very happy with it. Our only regret is not insisting on a second key. We were told after the purchase that there was only one.
