My wife and I were met at the door by Mr. Miller; graciously welcomed. Mr. Miller is a very cordial and easy to be with individual. We immediately established a friendly relationship. After describing my goals, Mr. Miller showed us vehicles that directly addressed my objectives. He gave a complete and most informative description as to how each selection fulfilled my stated desires and what the tradeoffs were. We then drove three of the selections and settled on the Sportage SX Turbo. At no time were my wife and I pressured in anyway and Mr. Miller always provided us his undivided attention. Mr. Miller and his management were able to satisfy all of my car requirements and were very generous in addressing my financial constraints. Every Paramount individual we would pass in the showroom or halls would greet us with a smile and a welcoming greeting. Incredibly nice people. Brian Carter, sales manager, worked with us on financing. Like Mr. Miller, Mr. Carter is very personable, friendly and professional. Mr. Carter did an excellent job of describing the various alternative packages and helped us to understand which were most advantageous to us. As soon as the paperwork was done, our new car was awaiting us at the front door. And we drove off happily into the sunset. I will highly recommend Paramount Kia of Asheville to all who listen. Anthony took us for a relaxing test drive on the Blue Ridge Pkwy which set things apart from the beginning - typical car buying stress melted away as Anthony diligently walked thru the process and Kia approach. We liked the car but it wasn't the original that had lured us in; Anthony immediately hopped on the phone to arrange a transfer from their other location without a single bit of pressure. Having already obsessed over the details (ie ONLY the V6 models that are also AWD can tow 5000lbs, the V6 FWD maxes out at 3500) Anthony walked with us side by side rather than act salesy, culminating in a good suggestion on how to get the car that day while we waited on the insurance check to deposit. Side note, wife was involved in a bad head on collision with an out of state driver a few weeks ago, the fact that she felt comfortable behind the wheel today was priceless! We overlook what initially appeared like higher prices shopping online, and were glad that we did as we ended up getting more value and a pain free experience. More
