Kudos to Excellence and Integrity I went into Paramount Kia for the second time. The first was 11 years earlier when I purchased my first Kia. I went to Paramount with a plan in place I went into Paramount Kia for the second time. The first was 11 years earlier when I purchased my first Kia. I went to Paramount with a plan in place of what I wanted, aware of what I could do financially and prepared to not be able to make it happen. I was met at the door by Tammy Jones. Her first words were "how can I help you"? Those words were the atmosphere for that entire visit as well as my experience of leasing a new Kia Sportage that day. Tammy was such a good listener and her actions and decisions lined up directly with what I shared. After a test drive Tammy went to the business manager, Josh DeHart who again listened to my plan and went back to work to find the right deal for me. I appreciate the integrity and character both Tammy and Josh showed me from the time I showed up until the moment I drove away in a new Sportage. That was the key point in my decision to once again go with Paramount Kia. Second was the fact that my first Kia had been an amazing car for 11 years. We drove the Ford Escape and it was a nice vehicle but we wanted to look at the Kia Sorento in a certified pre-owned vehicle because we wanted to keep our payments down. After talking with Mike Baxley, he convinced us to drive the Sportage. We ended up buying a new 2017 Sportage EX and my wife absolutely loves this car. Mike was very good to show her all the ins and outs of the car and all that the tech was capable of. We are very pleased with our experience at Paramount Kia of Asheville.
