Service and Sales We took our five month old Kia Optima Hybrid in for its first service on 8/16/2016. We had opted to purchase the VIP Service agreement and were sort of expecting them to say "other" things needed to be done. No. Didn't happen. The service department couldn't have been nicer. So professional, got the job done, answered questions we had and spent all the time with us that was needed. While there, and waiting for the car to be serviced, we looked around. Talked with Jarrad Wilson and ended up trading our 2012 Soul. We feel good about the deal and Jarrad even delivered the new car and took the old back. Very nice indeed considering we live 1.5 hours away. Nice people all around. More

Well we are very pleased to say that Chris Isaac is the best man for the job when it comes to getting what you want and more :) He put us in a 2008 gmc sierra with very low miles and low monthly payments with a good low down payment.
