David Hoover was excellent. He went above and beyond in helping us get the car we fell in love with. We actually went for another model but when we learned about the mire expensive model, he helped us thro helping us get the car we fell in love with. We went for an electric Kia and bought an electric Volkswagon, the 1st ID.4. David Hoover walked us over to Volkswagon, showed us the car and then we did a test drive with him. Then he told us a more loaded version was inside so we bought that one. As he completed the paperwork, 2 other sales reps were near by.
